The Gut Healer Smoothie: This mild smoothie offers serious nutritional support for your gut.  Give it a try if you’re looking to combat bloating and symptoms of leaky gut (serves 2).

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of frozen or fresh peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 inches (peeled) of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2-1 cup of yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
