The ideal snack! Hummus combines plant based protein, fiber and heart-healthy that help you feel fuller for longer. Try our Lemon, Smoked Paprika and Thyme Hummus. Carrots, asparagus, broccoli, purple/pink radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and green beans are great options to use as dip sticks! In your blender, combine the following ingredients and pulse until smooth
  • Chickpeas- 400 grams
  • Garlic- 2 cloves
  • Lemon- 1 lemon, juiced
  • Tahini- 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil- 5 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper
  • Top with thyme, smoked paprika then serve with a medley of colored vegetables.
