Mover and Shaker Smoothie

Our bodies go through uncomfortable bloating phases every now and again- one of the reasons is a build-up of toxins in our system. Try our Mover and Shaker smoothie to get rid of the bloat! Parsley, cucumber and celery serve as natural diuretics that eliminate unnecessary water and toxins, apple cider vinegar helps break down food better and eliminates unwanted yeast and bacteria.
Ingredients:
  • 1-2 cups kale, spinach or Batavia lettuce (or mix of them all)
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ pear
  • 1 ½ inch piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Water to blend
Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
