Diabetic-Friendly Blood Sugar Daddy smoothie

  • 1-2 cups spinach (or kale or Batavia lettuce, or a mix of all)
  • ¼ medium apple
  • ¼ medium banana
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 6 walnut halves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Water (enough to mix)
  • Mixed seeds for the topping
Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth (about 25 seconds).
